Our most frequently asked questions

Can we reserve a place at The Day Nursery?

Yes you can. Simply complete and return the Registration Form together with £25 deposit and your place will be reserved.

Can we get our deposit back?

Yes you can. It is deducted from your first invoice. In the event a nursery place is not taken the £25 deposit is non-refundable.

Is it easy to pay?

Yes it is Pay via:

- Direct Debit
- Tax free child care
- Childcare vouchers

Can we book additional sessions?

Yes you can, we aim to be as flexible as possible at The Day Nursery and if we can possibly accommodate you, we will. All additional sessions are payable in advance.

If I cancel an additional session, can I get my money back?

Yes you can, simply give us 24 hours notice and we will give you a full refund.

Can I change my child’s days?

Yes you can. Simply give us a months notice of any permanent changes and your invoice will be altered accordingly.

Can we drop our child at The Day Nursery before 07:30 or collect later than 18:00?

Yes you can. There is an additional hourly fee but if you give us as much notice as possible you can drop your child as early as 07:00 and collect as late as 19:00.
